The American Cancer Society’s annual gala to raise funding for cancer research with a focus in the Charlotte Metro. Celebrity Chef David Burke serves as host and brings his unique style of food presentation along with other chefs from Red Salt by DB and more to personally entertain and delight 400+ guests for a truly exquistite evening of culinary delight. There is an interactive cocktail reception and mobile/silent auction. Once the 4-course dinner service concludes guests are ready to raise their paddles for varied live auction packages, a Mission Moment cancer survivor shared story and Paddle Raise for impactful donations.
