As a Facilities Manager sometimes, it can be challenging to find the right company for the right job. I had to do some heavy research on AV sound system companies to find the right fit for what we need at Junior Achievement. I reached out to Wilson Pro AVL and JerichoAV were gracious to come out, educate me on things that would work best and things that I might need. We sat down and produced a game plan that would work for both of us. Once we solidified a plan, all we had to do was wait on the equipment to arrive. As a nonprofit, we are limited to our budgets and while there are companies that really want to help us and work with our organization, some just can’t, due to budget restraints.
The team came out and went above and beyond to help us install, set up and educate us on how everything worked and even cleaned up after they were done. Weeks after the job completion, they have even provided us with a courtesy call! We did have one small issue with the setting on the mic sound system, however they were out first thing the next morning and assisted us with getting back on track!
